Thailand Sketchbook

While I might have been too busy having fun to be drawing I did manage to work up a few little drawings in my sketchbook from my travels around Thailand - Febuary 2023

Cornwall Winter Sketchbook

A few sketches from my short trip to Porthallow in Cornwall. I chose to use a few shades of grey Faber-Castell Pitt pens to capture the atmosphere of Cornwall in winter.

Compete or Cooperate?

Another lovely little book. This time I was very fortunate to work on an Oxford University Press reader written by JD Savage.

I had a lot of fun working on this science-themed non-fiction book for children. Here are some of my favourite illustrations that I created for the book:

Home Sweet Home

Celebrating a year of living on the southside of Bristol with a map of some of my favourite local places. This was drawn up on the iPad using Procreate.

I find myself more and more drawn to green spaces and these seem to be ample around our area. I feel so fortunate to live here and although I have lived in Bristol for many years I know I still have so much more to explore.

For those interested in the details... On this Map:

Riverside Garden Centre

Tobacco Factory

Ashton Gatehouse

Ashton Gate Stadium

Windmill City Farm

Victoria Park

Life Skills

Last year I had the privilege of working with Dorling Kindersley (DK) on a new hardback children's non-fiction book.

The book written by Keilly Swift is focused on helping children learn essential skills.

It was such a fun project to work on and even I have to admit I learnt a few things from the book! If you have little ones the book is now available to purchase "from all good bookstores".

Meet Peggy

Welcome our new little time-waster– "Peggy".

She helps me slow down and remain calm, but unlike in most creative workspaces or agencies she has not got a fancy title like "Office Vibe Manager", or "Chief Orgone Officer".

Check out her Instagram for more fabulous glamour shots.

Let’s work together.

My time is

Bristol, England.
